All players who have won a Prize must submit the details in the form below for online transfer of prize money:

• All the fields must be completed.
• Indian players must upload an image of PAN and Cancelled cheque in the respective fields.
• All losing pre quarter finalists and quarter finalist, must select appropriate rank from the drop down menu. Team members of one team must select the same rank.

Note: The prize money will be equally distributed between Team members of a team or two players in case of pair events. Accordingly, all members must submit their details.
